At Sonder State Aesthetics, we value your time and commitment to your beauty and wellness journey. To ensure the best possible service for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy:

Cancellation of Appointments:
We understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To accommodate your needs, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your reserved time to other clients who may be on our waiting list.

No-Show and Late Arrival Policy:
A “no-show” is defined as missing a scheduled appointment without canceling or rescheduling and not communicating with us regarding your absence. Additionally, arriving more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment without prior communication may be considered a “no-show.”

In the event of a no-show or late arrival without communication, a fee of $50 will be charged to your account. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid before scheduling any future appointments. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we may consider waiving this fee in genuine cases of emergency, provided that you communicate with us as soon as possible.

Communication is Key:
We appreciate open and honest communication. If you anticipate being late for your appointment or need to reschedule, please call us at (614) 504-2272 as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request and minimize any inconvenience.

Exceptions:
While we strive to provide flexibility and understanding, repeated no-shows or late arrivals may result in limitations on future bookings. We reserve the right to use our discretion when considering exceptional cases and determining whether the fee is applicable.
